Terms of Sale & Use

These Terms govern your use of yalma.eu and any purchase made through it. The site is operated by Yadin Commerce ("we", "us"), a sole proprietorship registered in the Netherlands (KvK 99273713, BTW NL005379159B51), trading as YALMA. By placing an order you accept these Terms.

YALMA has three collections. Yalaz — everyday garments. Kaftan — outerwear. Kolan — leather goods and accessories.

Our garments are made to order. Each piece is produced after you order it, in a workshop in Europe. Because of this, small variations in tone, print placement and finish are natural to the process and are not defects.

Leather is a natural material: grain, tone and marking differ from piece to piece. That is the material, not a flaw.

All prices are shown in euros and include VAT. Shipping is on us — the price shown on a product is the full amount you pay, with nothing added at checkout. We may correct a pricing error before an order is confirmed.

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract exists only once we send you an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example on suspicion of fraud, a supply problem, or a pricing error — and will refund anything already paid.

As a consumer in the EU you may cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Everything in our catalogue is covered. See Returns & Refunds for how.

Everything we sell must match its description and be fit for normal use. Under EU law you have a legal guarantee of at least two years. Under Dutch law your rights may run longer, depending on what can reasonably be expected of the item. This is separate from, and additional to, the 14-day right of withdrawal.

We ship across the EU. Because pieces are made to order in different workshops, a single order may arrive in more than one parcel. See Shipping & Delivery. Times given there are estimates, not guarantees.

The YALMA name, our marks, designs, artwork, photography and site content are ours or licensed to us. You may not reproduce or resell them without written permission.

To the extent the law permits, our liability is limited to the value of the order concerned. Nothing here limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

If something is wrong, write to info@yalma.eu. We aim to reply within 48 hours and to resolve the matter within 14 days. If we cannot, we will tell you why and how long we need. You always keep your right to take the matter to court.

Dutch law applies. The mandatory consumer-protection rules of your own country of residence continue to apply to you regardless.
