Shipping & Delivery

We don't hold stock. Each piece is produced after you order it, which means a short wait before it ships — and no warehouse full of clothes nobody asked for.

Making time: 2–5 working days, depending on the piece.

Our pieces are made in different workshops across Europe, depending on what they are. When an order includes items from more than one workshop, they ship separately — each with its own tracking. You'll receive tracking for every parcel.

We could hold the parcels and send them together, but that would mean your first item sits in a box waiting for the second. We'd rather send each piece as soon as it's ready.

Each piece is made to order, and where it is made depends on the piece. Because we don’t choose that, we quote one range for the whole EU rather than promising a faster route to any one country.

Delivery after dispatch: 5–10 working days.

Some orders arrive well inside that. We would rather be early than explain a late one. These are estimates and can slip in busy periods.

You receive a confirmation with tracking for each parcel, where the carrier provides it.

Orders to EU addresses arrive with nothing left to pay. All duty and VAT are already settled before dispatch. We currently ship within the EU only. If that changes, this page changes with it.
