Before you ask.
Every piece is made to order in a workshop in Europe, after you place the order. We hold no stock, so nothing is produced that nobody asked for.
Because different pieces are made in different workshops. When an order spans more than one, each part ships as soon as it is ready, with its own tracking. We could hold them and send everything together, but then your first item would sit in a box waiting for the second.
Where a garment carries a certified material, the certification appears on that product page, in the quality triangle. Where it does not, the triangle stays empty — we would rather show the gap than hide it.
It is. A rain shell has to keep rain out, and that takes a synthetic fibre — no amount of good intention changes it. So where a garment needs it we use recycled polyester and say so plainly. Where a garment sits against the skin, we stay with cotton and other natural fibres.
Making takes 2–5 working days, depending on the piece. After dispatch, delivery across the EU takes 5–10 working days. We quote one range for the whole EU rather than promising a faster route to any one country — some orders arrive well inside it. These are estimates and can slip in busy periods. Shipping itself is on us; the price on the product page is the whole amount you pay.
